Do you want to be part of a movement dedicated to empowering Latinos and creating a more prosperous Latin America? Latinos Libres is looking for a creative and driven person to join our small start-up team. This is an initial 3-month, at-will contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has some experience, but is also looking to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing and administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with the team to support campaigns, events, and day-to-day operations and admin.

Responsibilities:

Translation: Translate content between Spanish and English, ensuring cultural nuance and professionalism.
Content Creation: Design visually appealing content using Canva (or similar), including social media posts, banners, and marketing materials.
Website Management: Update and maintain our bilingual WIX website, ensuring consistency and creativity.
Campaign Support: Assist with planning and executing campaigns, including creating visuals, drafting posts, and monitoring engagement.
Building a Contacts List: Research and compile a list of potential contacts, including influencers, partners, or supporters, to expand the organization’s network.
General Administrative Tasks: Provide organizational and administrative support as needed.
Event Support: Contribute to the development of a major event advocating for economic freedom in Latin America.

Requirements

Skills & Tools: Proficiency with Canva and WIX is a must. Please also tell us about other tools you’re familiar with (e.g., Adobe Suite, social media scheduling tools, video editing software).
Languages: Exceptional written and verbal skills in both Spanish and English (formal and professional communication required).

Proactive Learner: Willingness to take on new and varying challenges and adapt to different tasks as needed.
