Campaign Manager

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to lead our grassroots mobilization movement. As part of Latinos Libres, you’ll drive community engagement across Latin America, culminating in a high-impact event on March 14, 2025. You’ll work remotely with a small, motivated team passionate about economic freedom and prosperity.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of the #LibertadParaProsperar campaign.
Community Engagement: Build partnerships and mobilize individuals, organizations, and influencers to support the movement.
Social Media Strategy: content creation and campaigns across platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn etc) to grow engagement and inspire action.
Event Coordination: Organize and promote the March 14 gathering, ensuring high participation and impactful messaging.
Metrics Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

Proven track record in running grassroots campaigns, particularly those with high community engagement, preferably in Latin America (e.g., #NiUnaMenos from Argentina, Estallido Social in Chile etc)
An understanding for economic freedom and a personal interest that aligns with Latinos Libres' mission and vision.
Strong understanding of Latin American culture and social dynamics
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish. Ability to also clearly communicate in English.
Experience with social media strategy and tools to track campaign effectiveness.
Available to start immediately.
